Description

Dublin City Council intends to construct six houses and four apartments as part of an infill residential development of social housing. The development will include the division of Berryfield Drive into two separate cul-de-sacs with a new entrance off Cardiffsbridge Road, diversion of existing underground services on and adjoining the site, provision of SuDS, along with associated public realm works and an upgrade of the public open space at Valeview Gardens to improve the neighbourhood environs of Berryfield Drive / Valeview Gardens. One of the key aims of the project is to deliver quality social housing that provides passive supervision and active frontage to an improved public realm. Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) Services for Dublin City Council Housing Development projects to deliver the Residential Development at Berryfield Drive project (as the initial call-off contract). Please note that this project is subject to funding. For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID 5667740. The framework duration will be for four (4) years. The number of applicants invited to the tender stage will be the top eight (8) scoring applicants, subject to that number of admissible applications being received. The number of tenderers admitted to the framework agreement will be the top five (5) scoring tenderers found to be fully in conformance with the tender documentation and submitting the most economically advantageous tenders.
