1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów Akademii, zlokalizowanych w Katowicach przy ul. Zacisze 3, ul. Krasińskiego 27.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania Zamawiającego względem przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w:
2.1. Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ: opis przedmiotu zamówienia,
2.2. Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ: projektowane postanowienia umowy.
3. Usługi dystrybucyjne, nie są objęte przedmiotem zamówienia. Usługi dystrybucyjne (OSD) do obiektów wykazanych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, od dnia 01.01.2022 r. do dnia 31.12.2022 r. świadczy TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. , ul. Podgórska 25a, 31-035 Kraków.
