procédure de passation utilisée : appel d'offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique.L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.Le montant des prestations pour 2 ans ferme est défini comme suit :Minimum - montant de la Dpgf valorisé ; Maximum 150 000 euro(s) (H.T.).Le service demandé est celui d'une assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour élaborer et rédiger le dossier de candidature du second Papi Pct, définir la stratégie face aux risques inondations sur les 17 communes du périmètre et accompagner la Métropole jusqu'à la labélisation et la levée des réserves du dossier par les services de l'etat
