Description

Die Objektplanung Gebäude umfasst die Sanierung und den Teilneubau des Anwesens Marktplatz 9, Thurnau (ehemalige Bäckerei Gräf) zum Schlosshotel als Bauteil (BT) 1 (Auftraggeber Markt Thurnau). Die Sanierung des Schlosses Thurnau, Marktplatz 1, Storchenbau, Kemenate, voraussichtlich 2 bis 3 Stockwerke - weitere Stockwerke nach Sicherstellung der Finanzierung -und Gewölbe als Bauteil (BT) 2 und die Sanierung/technische Umrüstung der Gebäude Oberer Schlosshof als Bauteil (BT) 3 (Auftraggeber Gräflich Giech´sche Spitalstiftung). Die 3 Bauteile, wie vor beschrieben, werden abrechnungstechnisch als 1 Maßnahme abgerechnet.
Die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung betrifft.: Planung, Ausschreibung, Örtliche Bauüberwachung und Objektbetreuung. Los 1 Anl.gr. 1, 2, 3, Los 2 Anl.gr. 4, 5.
