Description

Technical equipment, plant group 7 (here: Laboratory equipment as well as workshop and machine equipment for specialist teaching rooms) in accordance with §§ 53 et seq. HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-9 for the construction of a new fire and rescue service school in Aidenbachstraße 7, 81379 Munich The training and further education of the professional fire brigade and volunteer fire brigade of the city of Munich is currently taking place on the project site in Obersendling, where fire station 2 is also located. Due to spatial and technical inadequacies, various training modules, which are an integral part of the training, have increasingly been outsourced to other locations in Munich and partly across Bavaria. For example, the rescue medical training, the computer training, the altitude rescue training and the group leader training. The training buildings on the site are technically obsolete and are partly at the end of their life cycle. They have functional limitations or simply offer too little space. This deficit situation on several levels is to be remedied with the new fire brigade school. A concept for the technical equipment including the necessary basics must be developed in cooperation with the various specialist planners and in accordance with the content specifications of the user requirements program. The technical functional surfaces must be designed and economically dimensioned in accordance with the resulting requirements. They must be brought into line with the overall design and divided and allocated according to the areas of use. The aim is to develop an integrated project for architecture, building physics, sustainability and building technology. For summer thermal insulation, ventilation, air conditioning as well as the precautions with regard to heavy rain events and water retention, architectural and technical solutions must be brought together to form a common, holistic concept. Basically, technically simple and passive concepts are preferable to plant engineering solutions. To this end, appropriate proposals are to be drawn up in cooperation with the other experts involved. All technical installations must be planned taking into account the relevant laws, guidelines and other requirements, e.g. for energy saving, noise and occupational safety, etc. Sustainable concepts have to be developed that are in line with the sustainability and climate protection goals of the state capital of Munich.
