1. The subject of the public procurement procedure is the service, repair and maintenance of the air-conditioning system in the buildings of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, located in Warsaw at ul. Nowogrodzka 1/3/5 – building A, B and C, ul. Bracka 4 – k1, k2, ul. Żurawiej 4a and at ul. Limanowski 23. 2. Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of performance of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the FTZ together with annexes, including in particular the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 5 to the PPU.
