Description

This assignment provides for the appointment of 1 expert project-related modal shift, for 0.75 full-time equivalent (1,140 hours/yearly basis). This expert project-related modal shift will be deployed project-related in the working area of NV De Vlaamse Waterweg. The projects referred to can be both specific and general. The expert project-based modal shift will include: Follow up certain inland waterway transport and innovation projects as project leader from a to z; Set up, follow up, report results and close pilot projects for inland waterway transport; Design and follow-up of research to shift potential flows to inland waterway transport; Establishing partnerships with external partners; Actively thinking along, developing and setting up innovation cases in inland shipping; Transfer knowledge to the staff of DVW. In carrying out the assignment, the expert project-related modal shift will work closely with the project managers and the head of the Innovation cell of the Staff & Policy department.
