Predmet nabave je pružanje energetske usluge Naručitelju (Korisniku) od strane pružatelja energetske usluge (odabranog ponuditelja, dalje u tekstu: Pružatelj) u svrhu poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti Zgrade, što podrazumijeva postizanje i održavanje zajamčene razine energetske učinkovitosti, odnosno zajamčene uštede energije na koje se Pružatelj obveže svojom ponudom (dalje u tekstu: Ponuda) u odnosu na referentne vrijednosti navedene u prilogu (Prilog 2 - Referentne vrijednosti).
