Description

This framework agreement concerns the operating contract for heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and other technical equipment for the buildings of the department of Charente-Maritime type P2 Single framework agreement awarded for all lots. Lots 1 and 2 correspond to a composite framework agreement, composed partly of an ordinary contract and partly of a framework agreement with a maximum number of purchase orders set at EUR 90 000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 90 000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. It shall be tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period shall be 1 year. For the ‘ordinary contract’ part, performance of the services begins on 15 October 2025 or on the date of notification of the framework agreement, whichever is the later.
