Description

This framework agreement concerns the contract for the operation of heating, cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation and other technical equipment for the buildings of the department of Charente-Maritime type P2 Single-awarded framework agreement for all lots. Lots 1 and 2 correspond to a composite framework agreement, composed partly of an ordinary contract and partly of a framework agreement with a maximum of order forms per performance period set at EUR 90 000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 90 000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. It is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. Lot 3 corresponds to a framework agreement with a maximum of order forms per execution period set at EUR 55 000 excluding VAT. It shall be concluded with effect from the date of its notification for a period of 1 year. It is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3.
