Description

The Department's services are able to acquire the tools, materials and small equipment needed by the maintenance and servicing teams of all the buildings, which represents about 450 sites, all directorates combined. This is the relaunch of Lot 4 which was declared unresponsive for lack of competition during the previous consultation. The framework agreement consists of 7 lots. Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are being analysed. Only lot 4: PLOMBERIE/CHAUFFAGE/SANITAIRE is concerned by this consultation. This framework agreement is a one-time contractor for purchase orders. The lot is subject to a specific framework agreement. The framework agreement is enforceable from the date of its notification until 31/12/2026, then renewable 3 times 1 year. In the case of a framework agreement which lays down all the contractual stipulations, order forms may be issued until the last day of validity of this framework agreement.
