Description

GMH Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings. ------------------------------ The construction project “Neubau am Geomatikum” of the University of Hamburg is located on the property Bundesstraße 57 south of the traffic junction “Beim Schlump – Bundesstraße”. The building extends parallel to the street “Beim Schlump”. The new building consists of a compact 7-storey polygonal institutional body with partly two basements and consists of three buildings: East, Middle and West. The east-facing building at the road junction serves as the main entrance building with a building-high atrium for main development and contains mainly administration, office space, as well as cafeteria and lecture rooms. The west-facing building contains mainly laboratory and research rooms. ----------------------------- Here: Kitchen ------------------------------ Justification for positions with product specifications: The operator of the cafeteria/kitchen is the STUDIENDENWERK with 33 locations and about 250 employees. Employee rotation and change require an induction, which is centrally organized, especially for the products available here. The introduction to a wide variety of products is accompanied by efficiency losses and the loss of being able to use employees flexibly. In addition, the training courses are partly carried out by the manufacturers themselves, as prescribed operating procedures ensure that cleaning standards / hygiene guidelines are adhered to. Framework contracts for maintenance and repair services and replacements would be directly affected. In this respect, the specification also serves to maintain the defined interfaces in daily operation. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
