the purchase of non-standard manufactured furniture of STEAM laboratories (biology – chemistry and physics – engineering) intended for the Science and Innovation Dissemination Centre in Kaunas, including their design (precise drawings), manufacture, delivery, loading and installation (installation) complying with the requirements specified in the technical specification (Annex 3 to the procurement conditions / Annex No 1 to the specific contract conditions) (‘the goods’). The maximum quantities of goods to be purchased are specified in the technical specification. The goods will be purchased according to the actual needs of the Buyer by placing a written order with the supplier. The supplier, with whom the purchase contract will be concluded, will be obliged to draw up accurate drawings (design) of the manufactured goods specified in the Buyer's written order, agree them with the Buyer, produce, deliver, carry and install (install) on the premises of the Science and Innovation Dissemination Centre located in Kaunas, not later than within 70 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's written order.
