1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa leków onkologicznych do Zespołu Szpitali Powiatu Gliwickiego Sp. z o.o. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sukcesywne dostawy leków onkologicznych wraz z transportem i rozładunkiem do magazynów aptecznych na koszt wykonawcy do siedziby Zamawiającego tj. do: magazynów aptecznych szpitala w Knurowie, ul. Niepodległości 8 (budynek główny, III piętro) lub zgodnie ze wskazaniem w zamówieniu. 3. Zamawiający nie wymaga, aby wszystkie dawki substancji czynnej pochodziły od jednego producenta 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Zamówienie składa się z 78 części (tzw. zadań/pakietów), z których każda jest odrębnym zamówieniem
