Description

The City of Helsinki will acquire an electronic signature system, a related implementation project and its integration, as well as related maintenance, expert and development services for the common use of industries, enterprises and agencies as a comprehensive service in the environment offered by the supplier. The electronic signature system is acquired as a SaaS service. The electronic signature system enables reliable and intact electronic signature of the authority’s documents by providing at least an AES (advanced electronic) signature. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The Contractor shall not undertake to pay the amounts specified in the invitation to tender.
