Politecnico di Milano intends to initiate a procedure under Article 76(2)(b)(2) of Legislative Decree No 36/2023 for the award of the contract for the supply of a plant by operating prototypes for the synthesis of methanol from CO2 and H2 (CTM-PLANT). The purchase is made from the resources provided for in the NRRP Mission 2 (“Green revolution and ecological transition”), Component 2 (“Renewable energy, hydrogen, network and sustainable mobility”), Investment 3.2 (“Use of hydrogen in hard-to-abate sectors”), ALCODE project (code HTA0000024), financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU - CUP C47B23000200005. The Politecnico di Milano has identified the company Alfatest S.r.l. (VAT 05434951009) with registered office in Rome, via Giulio Pittarelli, 97 CAP 00166 and operational headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) in via Firenze 30/A, as the only economic operator able to perform the supply contract since competition is absent for technical reasons.
