The subject of the contract is a framework contract under Article 54 (3) of Legislative Decree No 50/2016 to carry out the works for connection and extension of the network, availability and emergency assistance in relation to water and sewerage networks, including the related facilities of the integrated water service of the Province of Cremona, to be carried out on the basis of the requirements expressed in each case by the contracting authority, as described in the documents annexed to the tender specifications. For each lot, a framework agreement has been concluded with the contractor, the framework agreement provides for ‘tailor-made’ and ‘body’ services.
