The Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia launched the initiative for the construction of the BIO4 Campus in Belgrade, having in mind that the significant progress of biomedical sciences, as well as other areas covered by the fourth industrial revolution, create exceptional economic opportunities that should be used in the best possible way for economic progress and development. The phased construction of the BIO4 Campus complex is planned to be implemented through several public procurements. The subject of this public procurement is the execution of works on the following facilities within the BIO4 Campus complex: 01 - Pedestrian and traffic access to the facilities of the complex - internal road with infrastructure and facilities for storing laboratory and technical gases. 02 - Institute Complex I and II: 02.1. Institute Complex - Part I: INCLUDES: • Institute for Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, • Research and Development Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, • Faculty of Agriculture, • associated garage 02.2. Institute Complex - Part II: INCLUDES: • Institute for Multidisciplinary Research, • Institute for Medical Research, • Center for Sustainable Management of Bioresources and Natural Products - PANDA, Institute for Biological Research ''Siniša Stanković'', • Institute BIOSENS, • Institute for Nuclear Energy Application, • Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases Dedinje, • Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, • Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy, • associated garage. Number of floors of all buildings of Institute Complex I and II is 3B+G+4+At and approximately 52,301.82 m2 total gross area, of which the garage area is 12,014.90 m2 gross, with a total of 314 parking places. 03- Minglarium: - The business and congress center "Minglarium" is designed as a place for knowledge exchange through a variety of forms, from informal lectures within the start-up ecosystem, through seminars and promotional meetings, to larger conferences and congresses for the business and scientific community of the Campus and their guests; - associated garage. Number of floors of the building is B+SB2+SB1+G+7 and approximately 28,086.00 m2 gross area, of which the garage area is 3,011.45 m2, with a total of 79 parking places. 04- Geosondes: Works on drilling and installation of a network of geothermal probes. About 1,200 geothermal probes will be installed and interconnected, according to the design. Installed probes are a prerequisite for the construction of buildings, considering that the probes also extend under the buildings. The total area of the location where the BIO4 Campus complex will be located is 78884m2. The BIO4 Campus complex is planned in Belgrade, the southern part of the city, in the area of the Kumodraz cadastral municipality, on the territory of the municipality of Vozdovac, at a distance of about 10km from the center of Belgrade, on the building plot GP J4-1 consisting of cadastral parcels no. 373, 409, 410, 411/1, 411/2, 412/1, 412/2, 412/3, 413/1, 413/2, 413/3, 1559, 1560, 1561, 1562, 1563/1, 1563/2 and parts of KP no. 372 /1, 1558/1 and 1577/128.
