Description

Concession for the construction and operation of a multi-childcare facility on the land located at 28/30 rue Lucien Voilin, Puteaux. The aim of the consultation launched by the City of Puteaux is to:
(1) the construction of a multi-childcare facility of approximately 60 cradles on the ground at 28/30 rue Lucien Voilin, Puteaux, with a capacity of 453 m². The concession relates to the construction of:
— a multi-childcare facility of approximately 60 cradles,
— a garden and outdoor areas.
The contract-holder will take the land free of any building and will be responsible for its fitting-out (development; roads and gardens).
(2) the operation of this multi-childcare facility, the contract-holder, responsible for the operation of the service, will operate this crèche at its own risk and in accordance with the conditions laid down in the present documents. The contract-holder shall ensure, in particular, the reception, health, safety and well-being of the children entrusted to it. The contract-holder guarantees the proper functioning, quality, continuity and proper organisation of the public service thus granted to it. The city will make available to the concessionaire, under the conditions laid down in the contract, all of the installations, owned by it, necessary for the operation of the crèches. September 2014.
