Description

Die Hochschule Osnabrück schreibt gemeinsam für Einrichtungen, die im Landesarbeitskreis der Rechenzentren Niedersachsen (LAN-IT) vertreten sind, einen Handelspartner für die Umsetzung und Lieferungen zur Teilnahme am Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) aus. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Handelspartner-Rahmenverträgen für den Bezug von Softwarelizenzen aus dem Microsoft Campus Agreement CASA-EES für jede teilnehmende Einrichtung. Bezug von Microsoft Softwarelizenzen für die teilnehmenden Hochschulen aus dem Microsoft EES Produktportfolio. Die Softwarelizenzen werden die Auftraggeber im gesamten Vertragszeitraum ausschließlich über den Auftragnehmer beziehen (Exklusivbezug). Für Kauflizenzen besteht bei einigen Teilnehmenden der Ausschreibung parallel ein Microsoft Select Vertrag, diese können auch dort bezogen werden. Es besteht kein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine bestimmte Abnahmemenge insgesamt bzw. die Abnahme bestimmter Softwarelizenzen.
