Description

The subject of the contract is planning services for the construction of the bridge Sodinger Straße for the performance diagrams civil engineering structures § 43 et seq. HOAI 2021 (performance phase 1 9) and structural design § 51 et seq. HOAI 2021 (performance phase 1 6). The planning services shall be provided using the BIM methodology in accordance with the Client Information Requirements (AIA) and the BIM Implementation Plan (BAP). The Sodinger Straße in Herne crosses the Landwehrbach km 2.69. The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The structure consists of two adjacent passages, a dry weather gutter and a flood overflow. The length of the passage is 43.4 m. The dry weather channel is a centrifugal concrete pipeline with a diameter of 1.4 m. The HW overflow is a 5.5 m wide rectangular cross-section. In 2023, the bridge underwent a main inspection, which concluded with a condition score of 3.4. Therefore, the building is to be completely renewed.
