Description

Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock plant den mit einer Standortverlagerung einhergehenden Neubau des Kinder- und Jugendnotdienstes in der Pablo-Neruda-Straße in der Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock. Mit dem Neubau soll ein den Anforderungen entsprechendes Familienkompetenzzentrum entstehen. Der neue Standort umfasst eine Flächengröße von ca. 4.500 qm und befindet sich in Mitten eines Stadtteil- und Begegnungszentrums, Sporthallen sowie angrenzender Wohnbebauung. Der geplante Hochbau besteht aus 3 separaten ein- und zweigeschossigen Gebäuden: - Haus 1: Notdienstbereich mit Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für 12 Kinder und Jugendliche, - Haus 2: Regelwohngruppe mit neun Plätzen, - Haus 3: Mutter-Kind-Gruppe mit vier Plätzen.
