Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of the electricity distribution service by the DSO to the Customer on the basis of the DSO Tariff, the Instructions for Traffic and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD) under the specific conditions contained in the draft contracts submitted by Tauron Dystrybucja. 2. As part of the contract, two collective agreements for the distribution of electricity will be concluded: Provision of electricity distribution services within the territory of the Commune of Dąbrowa Górnicza (for tariff groups C1x) and Provision of electricity distribution services within the territory of the Commune of Dąbrowa Górnicza (for tariff groups C2x), which results from the formal and organizational requirements of the Contractor. 3. Under the contracts, the Contractor shall in particular be obliged to: 3.1. providing the electricity distribution service to the place of supply under the conditions set out in the Act, the Tariff of the DSO and the IRiESD, in particular to: supplying electricity with continuity and reliability of supply, taking into account the quality parameters of electricity and quality standards of customer service specified in applicable law, to the places of electricity supply specified in the Agreement; 3.2. installing, at its own expense, a metering and settlement system, at a place prepared by the Recipient and a metering and settlement system, as well as at the request of a Sensitive Recipient, installing a pre-payment metering and settlement system; 3.3. immediately starting to eliminate failures and remove disruptions in the supply of electricity; 3.4. providing metering data to the Recipient, the Seller and the POB; 3.5. enabling the Recipient to view the indications of the metering and settlement system and documents constituting the basis for settlement of the delivered electricity, as well as the results of checking the correctness of the indications of these systems.
