Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou opakující se dodávky léčivých přípravků splňujících požadavky SÚKL dle specifikace uvedené v příloze č. 2 – příloha krycího listu nabídkové ceny. Součástí požadovaného rozsahu léčivých přípravků je v příloze č. 2 – příloha krycího listu nabídkové ceny uvedena definice dávky a dále je stanoveno orientační množství dodání za předmět plnění veřejné zakázky. Léčivé přípravky musí být registrovány dle zákona o léčivech.
