Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie pełnej dokumentacji projektowej zagospodarowania głównej części terenu Parku Południowego w Gdańsku w jego głównej części wokół zbiorników Świętokrzyska I i II obejmującej m.in. wykonanie koncepcji architektonicznej obiektów kubaturowych, uzgodnienia z odpowiednimi służbami, przygotowanie projektu budowlanego siatki połączeń komunikacyjnych wraz z elementami wchodzącymi w skład zagospodarowania terenu jak strefy rekreacyjne czy place zabaw, a także wykonanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego oraz pozostałych wymaganych dokumentów do uzyskania decyzji administracyjnych. Dokumentacja powinna być zgodna z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz wytycznymi inwestora. W jej skład wchodzi również opracowanie inwentaryzacji dendrologicznej i przyrodniczej.
