Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for laboratory testing, together with the leasing of test analysers and the supply of reagents for bacteriological, analytical and non-reusable tests, in the range and quantities shown in the annexes to the ToR.
2. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 23 Tasks.
3. The quantity of the subject-matter of the contract must be regarded as an estimate, preliminary, necessary for the conduct of the procedure. The final size of the subject-matter of the contract will depend on the contracting authority’s actual needs for the duration of the contract.
4. The tender may cover all or selected tasks. No partial tenders may be submitted for individual tasks.
5. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.
6. Each Contractor is entitled to submit only 1 tender.
