Description

1. Maintaining sites to a high and basic standard includes: - park Plac Przyjaźni - Plac Frankfurtcki - Plac Sybiraków - Plac Wolności - Plac Bohaterów - Park Niepodległości The high standard of lawn maintenance consists in performing the following works: a) in the period April-May, fertilization of the lawn with mineral fertilizer (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with a ratio of 2:1:1,5) - 1 time and intensive watering of the lawn after fertilization, b) ventilation of the lawn substrate at least 2 times a year, the first in the spring after drying the lawn, before vegetation and fertilization, and the second in early autumn (surface aeration), c) mineral fertilization with autumn fertilizer in the autumn - 1 time, d) mowing the lawns ...... once/y a month, in the period from 15 April 2025 to 15 September 2025, (NOTE - mowing is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders) e) mowing the lawns 2 times a month, in the period from 16 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, f) watering as required, at least once a week, i.e. 24 times in the period April-September, g) removal of dicotyledonous plants with a chemical agent – 4 times in the period May-August, h) ongoing care of trees and shrubs consisting in one-time screening, correction and formation of crowns and felling of dry branches of trees, i) watering trees within 3 years after planting, j) daily inspection of the site with performance of tasks under the contract. 2. Maintaining the land in the basic standard includes the land specified in paragraph. 1 and listed below in the Annexes to the model contract: - in Annex 1 listing the green areas at the sidewalks to be maintained, - in Annex 2 listing the green areas, specifying the areas of lawns and park alleys, - in Annex 3 listing the communal backyards where the green areas are located, - in Annex 4 listing the bus stops, - in Annex 5 listing the playgrounds where the green areas are located, - in Annex 6 listing the trees to be watered. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the model contracts, which are annexes to the SWZ. 4. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 77310000-6, 77314100-5, 77313000-7. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variants and electronic catalogues. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law 7. In accordance with Article 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465 as amended), persons performing the following activities in the scope of contract performance: in accordance with Paragraph 6 of the Model Contracts: a) persons responsible for the organization and supervision for the implementation of the contract, b) persons responsible for the implementation of the contract and contact with the Employer's employees, c) persons who, within the scope of the contract, will perform activities related to the maintenance of clean playgrounds and yards in the city of Słubice. 8. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of an employment contract are set out in the Model Agreement annexed to the CVT. 9. The detailed description and method of performance of the contract is contained in the model contract constituting an annex to the SWZ. 10. The order is not divided into parts. The reason for not dividing the contract into lots is due to the specificities of the area covered by the contract.
