The subject of this contract is the staggered supply of phosphate sequestration products for water treatment. The contract is awarded by means of a framework agreement. Each subsequent contract will in principle be awarded to the best-ranked contractor of the framework agreement. If one of the following situations arises, the contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer ranked second, and then possibly to the third tenderer in a cascaded order of devolution: SWDE observes during operation that the tenderer’s product does not allow the proper functioning of the water treatment (efficiency, performance) or an additional cost calculated at the time of the award of the contract (the contractor will then be asked to withdraw its supplies, at its own expense and without being entitled to any compensation). SWDE will then place the order with the second ranked, who will be invited, following the same principle, to deliver its supplies.
