Description

Acquisition of a building for a secondary school in the territory of the Municipal District of Prague 19, including a proposal for a solution by the supplier, in accordance with the minimum technical conditions, which form an integral part of the tender documentation. The contracting authority admits the design of the solution, consisting in the modification of the existing building according to the solution proposed by the supplier, in the completion of the new building under construction according to the solution proposed by the supplier, in the offer of the already completed new building with possible modifications according to the requirements of the contracting authority, or in the implementation of the new building according to the submitted project. In the case of future projects, the pre-tender project must be submitted at least at the architectural study stage. Part of the performance of the public contract is a proposal for a solution in the sense of ust. Section 60(1)(b) of Act No 134/2016 on public procurement.
