The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipality of Łącko in 2025. 2. The contract is divided into the following three lots: A. PART 1: Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – a detailed description is provided in Annex 2.1 to the EWC, B. PART 2: Collection and management of bio-waste – a detailed description is provided in Annex 2.2 to the EWC, C. PART 3: Collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner – see Annex 2.3 to the EWC for a detailed description. 6. The estimated quantities of each waste fraction for the purpose of calculating the price of the tender are given in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for the lot concerned (Annexes 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3). 7. The services covered by the contract will be provided in the period from 01.01.2025 (or from the date of conclusion of the contract if it occurs later) to 31.12.2025. Within a given part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to conclude a separate contract with the Ordering Party. II. General requirements for performance of the contract 1. The Contractor will be obliged to develop and agree with the Ordering Party the Waste Collection Schedule for the duration of the contract. 2. The collection schedule should be drawn up in such a way that one type of waste is collected at a time, except that the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner (glass, paper and cardboard, plastic packaging, metal, multi-material packaging) should take place on the same day. 3. The frequency of collection should be in accordance with the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in force in the territory of the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), subject to the provisions contained in the Regulations (Annexes 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1 ). In the event of unforeseen circumstances, with the consent of the Ordering Party, it is allowed to change the date of receipt of waste. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the Schedule of waste collection, in particular with regard to the frequency of municipal waste collection, in the event of changes introduced by the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. 6. Vehicles of the Contractor during the performance of waste collection services provided to the Ordering Party may not simultaneously collect waste from real estate that is not covered by the subject of the contract included in the contract concluded with the Ordering Party or real estate located outside the territory of a given municipality. 7. When carrying out waste collection, the Contractor is obliged to weigh vehicles on a legalized scale located at the weighing point indicated by the Ordering Party: a. before the start of waste collection – empty vehicle, b. after the end of waste collection – full vehicle. A Weighing Report will be prepared each time, the model of which is attached as Appendix 10 to the SWZ. 8.
