In the context of this acquisition, DEER SA intends to award a sectoral contract for "Products and services necessary for the development of Intelligent Measurement Systems" – in accordance with the specifications of the CS, in compliance with all the parameters contained in the attached technical sheets. In order to achieve these objectives, it is proposed: • purchase of meters and concentrators with G3-PLC+RF Hybrid communication that correspond to the data model and MDM/MDC ZONOS platform and integration into the Intelligent Measurement Systems of the measurement points according to the IMS Implementation Calendar. • Replacement of meters according to current information access security policies, transition from Low Level Security (LLS) to High Level Security (HLS), for the meter fleet with CPRS. • Ensuring the integration into the Intelligent Measurement Systems of measurement points at prosumers that meet the requirements of the Contracting Entity. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 20 (before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates). The deadline within which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is: on the 13th day BEFORE the deadline set in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only reply to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set out above.
