Romania-Bucharest: Natural gas

The subject matter of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of ‘Natural Gas’ at the National Institute for Medical and Military Development Research ‘Cantacuino’ with an economic operator for a period of 48 months, with the conclusion of subsequent contracts to the framework agreement awarded for periods of 12 months.

The supply of electricity is requested for the second consumption points of the National Institute for Medical and Military Development Research “Cantacuino”:
— place of consumption for natural gas supply – Independence Splaiul No 103, Sector 5, Bucharest, current consumption category C3;
consumption site for natural gas supply – Soseaua Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti nr. 14 A, sector 1, Bucharest – current consumption category C2.
The maximum estimated value without VAT of the framework agreement is: RON 6 900 000,00.
Time limit for requesting clarification to the award documentation: 17 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
Requests for clarification will be sent in SICAP.
Deadline for replying to clarifications: 10 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
If economic operators request clarification, they are sent in an exlusive manner in SICAP in electronic form, signed with extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider, the contracting authority shall not follow up on requests made by another means of communication. Any reply to requests for clarification or any amendment issued by the contracting authority will be part of the award documentation and will be communicated to all interested parties through SICAP using wwww.sicap-prod.e-tendering.
