Description

The main purpose of the subject-matter of the contract is to carry out the refurbishment of the premises of S.T.T. Bacău, in compliance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications provided by the contracting entity. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 17 days.Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/supplementary information as follows: on the 22nd calendar day and on the 11th calendar day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set, in accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, and the contracting entity will not comply with requests for clarifications sent after the deadline set above or requested by other means of communication than that set out in the contract notice. Note: when calculating the deadline for requesting/responsing clarifications expressed in days, the closing date for the submission of tenders shall not be taken into account.
