Description

The TFV procures a booking system in order to be able to accept orders for assignments and to be able to handle those assignments, as required by this call for tenders. Finally, the system is intended to generate the basis for invoicing to customers and the fees of interpreters and translators.
TFV customers should be able to order interpretation and translation assignments in a simple, efficient and secure manner. In particular, customers should be able to book assignments, modify and cancel bookings already made and communicate with the TFV via the system.
The booking system shall be accessible to customers and contractors (interpreters and translators) through web-based, platform-independent user interfaces, have a high level of operational security and can be integrated with other TFV systems.
