Description

2312 Michelfeld Abbey – Description MSR/GLT technologyThe BA II is supplied with energy from the existing central heating system via a local heating line. The BA II is mainly heated by tube radiators. In addition, towel radiators are provided in the wet cells. The rooms in the DG receive compact radiators. The small and large hall as well as the dining eel on the ground floor are equipped with underfloor heating. Likewise, all rooms in the new annex are provided with underfloor heating. In the event of underperformance, additional radiators are provided in the rooms. For the division of the individual heating circuits in the building, a sub-distributor is planned in the technical room UG.In the building, a total of 4 ventilation units are installed, which are equipped with their own electric reheating register. The ventilation units are located in the attic (3rd floor). The water heating for the wet cells and care baths is carried out via a central fresh water station. All other hot water taps are equipped with electric instantaneous water heaters. In the technical room EG (heating distribution) a control cabinet is used and for the two ventilation systems in the DG a separate control cabinet is used. These are managed jointly by means of appropriate interfaces and integrated into the existing network. The basic cabling is done on site. For this purpose, the corresponding cable lists must be created and handed over to the specialist project managers. The coordination with the executing electrical company is the responsibility of the AN.
