The object of this public contract is to carry out condition measurements in buildings. The assignment includes: o Inventory of all structural elements and technical installations in the existing buildings; o Assessment of the condition of the above-mentioned elements according to the NEN2767 standard, with the aim of recording the structural condition of the buildings; o Establishing a multi-annual maintenance planning, with clear priorities for maintenance and renovation; o Drawing up a risk matrix per building category and setting a target for the building condition, in consultation with the customer. The end result acts as a management tool that gives direction to the future development of the patrimony. This tool provides insight into the current condition of the buildings, the expected costs, the value of the property and the future possibilities for the use of the property.
