Настоящата процедура е с предмет oсигуряване на информация и публичност във връзка с изпълнение на проект „Подобряване на енергийната ефективност на Дом за стари хора и Културен дом в Община Самоков“ финансиран по Финансовия механизъм на Европейското икономическо пространство 2014-2021г., съгласно Техническа спецификация и при спазване на изискванията на Ръководство за комуникация и дизайн Финансов механизъм на ЕИО и Норвегия за периода 2014-2021г, същите неразделна част от настоящата документация.
