Description

The Municipality of Brežice plans to carry out the investment "Reconstruction and upgrading of the Artiče Elementary School". Reconstruction of the existing school building and its extension will be carried out with the arrangement of the school yard and includes: - demolition of the oldest part of the school building, na parc. no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - new construction of the school building, na parc. no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - reconstruction of the existing school building, na parc. no. 262/3, k.o. Artiče, - supply and installation of equipment. An integral part of the tender is also: – PZI ‘New construction – extension, reconstruction, removal’, project number 17140-10, February 2023, Sava projekt d.d. Building permit No 351-548/2018/17, issued by UE Brežice, was obtained for the facility in question on 5.3.2019. The new construction of the Artiče Elementary School has already been carried out and the operating permit No 351-109/2022-6202-2 issued by UE Brežice on 24 February 2022 has been obtained. In accordance with the Decree on the Classification of Buildings according to the Difficulty of Buildings (37/2018), a building is a complex building.
