The provision of design services, technical assistance and the execution of works for ‘Construction of Housing for Young People - Lot No 2, Marin Preda Street, No 1, Municipality of Targu Jiu’ results in a residential ensemble consisting of 70 block-type buildings, each with the height regime P+1E +M, a built area of 154.08 sqm and a total of 6 apartments/block with an average of 2 rooms/apartment resulting in a total shoulder of 420 apartments. The request for clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation will be sent via S.E.A.P. by accessing the section dedicated to ‘CLARIFICATIONS/INQUES/COMMUNICATIONS’ 19 days before the deadline for submission of the tender. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been sent within the time limit laid down in the contract notice, the answers and questions relating to the award documentation will be published in S.E.A.P. at the ‘CLAIRING/QUESTIONS/COMMUNICATIONS’ section and in the ‘CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS LIST’ section on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
