UK-Blyth: supply services of personnel including temporary staff
Narec is seeking through the tender process to appoint a trainer/training company to deliver its "accredited renewable technology installer" training courses across a broad base and to various levels to meet the needs of the micronrenewable industry and beyond. Courses will include both accredited courses and bespoke units, which include a wide range of none-accredited introductory courses, aimed at offering individuals and organisations an insight into the industry. Some development work into the course material may also be required. Narec would like those who express an interest to consider the range of courses that they feel they could offer using facilities provided by Narec. Training durations can vary according to the course. It is expected that all training delivered will be done so under the Narec branding either solely, or jointly as per individual proposals and all to a very high standard. Audits and spot checks will be conducted periodically both internally and externally to ensure these standards are maintained. Trainees attending courses at Narec's training centre may vary from school leavers to adult learners. Members of the public are encouraged to undertake training through various schemes and training may be delivered to trainees from all backgrounds (i.e unemployed through to those wishing to re-train). Trainers are required to adapt to suit their audience and be supportive to a variety of skill levels and abilities. Applicants are required to complete all appropriate documentation necessary to fulfill the training requirements procedures. Narec reserves the right to make changes to this procedure at any time throughout the training contract.
