Description

Die Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf plant auf dem Grundstück des ehemaligen Sportplatzes an der Herdecker Straße 1 in Düsseldorf Rath ein neues Förderschulzentrum. Die Gesamtmaßnahme setzt sich aus folgenden 6 Objekten zusammen. - Schulgebäude für Förderschule GE, - Schulgebäude für für Förderschule LES - Sporthalle, - Lehrschwimmhalle, - Kita 4-gruppig, inklusiv, - Hausmeisterdienstwohnung auf dem Förderschulcampus. Die Baukosten des Projektes (KG 300+400) werden auf ca. 48 Mio. € netto geschätzt. Die Meilensteine zur Umsetzung des Projekts sehen vor: - Bauzeit 2027- 2029, - Aufnahme Schulbetrieb zum Beginn Schuljahr 2029/30.
