Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa leków dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Sulęcinie. Przedmiot zamówienia powinien posiadać pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu na terytorium RP. Na dowód tego Wykonawca winien złożyć wraz z ofertą stosowne oświadczanie, że oferowany asortyment stanowiący przedmiot zamówienia zostały dopuszczony do obrotu i do stosowania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami na terenie RP (szczegóły patrz SWZ).
