Description

The contracted service of the concessionaire consists in the provision and operation of an RTW as well as the transport of emergency patients or sick, injured or other persons in need who are not emergency patients, by means of appropriately trained personnel on the instructions of the integrated control centre and, in principle, independently of the limits of the emergency service area. The rescue services to be awarded are the subject of a service concession (see the first sentence of Article 13(1) of the BayRDG).
