Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to monitor the support of open source software and to provide associated and complementary services in the field of open source. At the end of the consultation, a single-awarded framework agreement is concluded by Cnam. It contains a firm tranche comprising a flat-rate part and a part executed by means of order forms under the conditions laid down in Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code. It contains an optional slice pursuant to Articles R2113-4 to 6 of the Public Order Code.
