Piłsudskiego 32, 48-303 Nysa, diesel fuel in the estimated amount of 760 m3, including 40 m3 with improved low-temperature properties, with parameters, depending on the periods marked as summer, transitional and winter (type A) for national climatic conditions, not worse than those specified in PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 and complying with the quality requirements specified in Annex 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws No. U. 2024, item 1018) which satisfies the following requirements with regard to its values of physicochemical parameters:a) for summer diesel - B, transitional - D, winter diesel - F.
