Description

Due to the increasing number of students, the city of Grevenbroich is planning to expand the Grevenbroich-Gustorf primary school. Essentially, this includes the addition of a cafeteria including kitchen and adjoining rooms. In addition, the adjacent toilet facilities are gutted and the floor plan reorganized. In order to enable barrier-free access, the retrofitting of an external elevator is planned. In order to provide technical support for the planning and construction phase of the project, this call for tenders seeks an office for technical planning (framework design) in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the basic services of the service phases 1 to 6 as well as for certain special services. The technical planning of building physics, thermal insulation/energy balancing is also part of the tendered planning service. Cost estimate KG 300: 1.761.000 € KG 400: €755,000
