Description

The energy transition is a major challenge for the Netherlands and its municipalities. An important part of this transition is making the built environment more sustainable, in particular the existing owner-occupied homes. These homes need to be prepared for a future without natural gas and with lower energy demand. This not only contributes to the climate objectives, but also to the living comfort, health and the wallet of the residents. Many owner-occupiers want to isolate their home, but do not know how to do so, which parties they can trust, or how to finance this. That is why the municipalities of Goirle, Hilvarenbeek and Oisterwijk have taken the initiative to set up local insulation projects. This aims to support owner-occupiers in isolating their home, including through integral advice and reliable implementation. For this purpose, rich resources are used (the Specific Local Approach Allowance is Lot 1: Municipality of Goirle of € 345.000 excluding VAT. Lot 2: Municipality of Hilvarenbeek from € 300,000 excluding VAT. Lot 3: Municipality of Oisterwijk from € 621.000 excluding VAT.
