Description

Pursuant to Article L. 2113-12 of the Code of Public Order, this contract is reserved for adapted companies, establishments and services of assistance through work or equivalent structures, when more than 50% of the workers concerned are disabled people who, due to the nature or severity of their deficiencies, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions. It is a composite framework agreement corresponding - partly to an ordinary contract - partly to a framework agreement based on a purchase order. The agreement is in line with the maximum and will give rise to the issue of order forms. The maximum amount for the part with purchase orders is the same for each year (closed and renewable).
