Description

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the supply of lighting fixtures, structural elements and electro-assembly material of public lighting for the reconstruction of a part of public lighting in the town of Hranice, including the implementation of light-technical calculations and calculations of interfering light proving compliance with standard requirements. In the town of Hranice, a total of 506 pieces of luminaires are intended for replacement under the contract. The participant must declare and demonstrate savings in electricity consumption within the scope of the subject of the public contract in the amount according to its tender, while complying with normative values for road lighting in accordance with ČSN EN 13 201 and ČSN 36 0459 (for details see Annex 1a to the tender documentation (ZD)). The participant shall demonstrate the amount of electricity savings required by filling in the installed wattage of the luminaires designed by the participant with the resulting data from the Table of Luminaire Specifications (Annex ZD No. 8) in Annex ZD No. 2 - Tender Cover Sheet, the total installed wattage of the newly designed luminaires not exceeding 12,303 kW. Failure to comply with the maximum limit on the total value of installed power of newly designed luminaires will be considered by the contracting authority as non-compliance with the tender specifications and will be a reason for excluding the participant from the tendering procedure pursuant to Section 48(2)(a) of the Act. The contracting authority requires the participant to submit light technical calculations and calculations of interfering light processed according to the requirements or recommendations of TNI and ČSN for outdoor lighting demonstrating compliance with all requirements. In addition, the participant will provide information on the offered luminaire in the form of a technical sheet and related documents, which will show the electrical and light-technical parameters. The subject of the public contract is only net deliveries to the contracting authority's headquarters - all other related works and activities (assembly, commissioning, final inspection, etc.) will be carried out directly by the contracting authority.
