Description

It is intended to conclude drug-selective discount agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of § 130a(8) SGB V for the supply of finished medicinal products in accordance with the procurement documents available in electronic form. The award is divided into active substance-related specialist lots. In accordance with the provisions of the Medicines Supply Shortage Control and Supply Improvement Act (ALBVVG), these lots are divided into two lots (EU lot/global lot) for non-patent antibiotics, § 130a(8a) SGB V. A contractual partner is sought for the EU lot, but two contractual partners in the global lot. The individual lots can be found in the tender file (Annex 1).
