Description

1. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09.30.00.00-2 electricity, heat, solar and nuclear.
2. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to teaching facilities, Student houses and other facilities of the University of Gdańsk located within the administrative boundaries of the Pomorskie Province.
3. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions laid down by legislation:
(1) the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 755, as amended), together with the implementing acts applicable to the contract, hereinafter referred to as “EP”
(2) the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 4.5.2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws No 93, item 623, as amended), in particular customer service standards;
(3) of the Civil Code of 23.4.1964 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 1025, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “Kc”
